TAMPA BAY MUN I - WAR IN YEMEN

During the first Tampa Bay MUN conference, delegates were tasked with solving the crisis in Yemen, as it currently faces a devastating war due to the actions of the extremist group, the Houthi rebels. The war in Yemen was deemed the worst humanitarian crisis ever faced by the UN. Delegates successfully worked together, creating both a short term and long term plan that would assist in aiding the Yemeni people. Despite the difficulty of the task given, delegates faced the challenge head-on, and ultimately helped alleviate the extremities of the war in Yemen.
